Competition Terms and Conditions

HOW TO ENTER

1. The giveaway starts on Tuesday 9th June 2026 and ends at 9pm on Tuesday 23rd June 2026. (“Giveaway Period”).
2. Purchase 1 or more Supergirl-themed drinks at any Gong cha in New Zealand.
3. Follow @gongcha_nz and @warnerbrosnz on Instagram.
4. Comment on the Supergirl X Gong cha Instagram post with: A superpower you want to have + Tag someone you want to watch Supergirl with.
5. Winners will be announced on Thursday 25th June 2026.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to enter the Promotion and win a Prize, participants must be:

1. 18 years of age or older;
2. a New Zealand resident or live in New Zealand;
3. eligible under the Promoter’s Standard Promotion or Competition Rules below.

PRIZES

1. There is one (1) major prize, four (4) runner-up prizes and sixteen (16) consolation prizes to be won.
1. The Grand prize: A private screening of Wicked: For Good for up to 20 people to be held in the winner’s hometown or the nearest available cinema. One (1) Supergirl gift pack. Gong cha vouchers. The private screening prize must be taken by Monday 12th July 2026, subject to the availability of a cinema in the winner’s hometown or the nearest available cinema. Note that this screening will happen after the release of the movie to the public in NZ.
2. The runner-up prize: One (1) in-season double-pass to see Supergirl at the winner’s hometown or the nearest available cinema. One (1) Supergirl gift pack. Gong cha vouchers. The private screening prize must be taken by Monday 12th July 2026, subject to the availability of a cinema in the winner’s hometown or the nearest available cinema. Note that this screening will happen after the release of the movie to the public in NZ.

1. The Consolation prizes: One (1) in-season double-pass to see Supergirl at the winner’s hometown or the nearest available cinema. Gong cha vouchers.
   
2. The Promoter will collect and hold personal information provided by you when you enter this Promotion, for the purposes of this Promotion and for future promotional purposes. If you are a winner, the Promoter will pass your personal information to third parties, including the Sponsor (or its promotions agency Moving Light Communications), for the purpose of prize fulfillment. Failure to provide personal information when requested may disqualify you from entering the Promotion or being able to receive a prize.

1. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information (where such information is readily retrievable) by contacting the Promoter.
2. The winner may be required to prove their identity and age, and show evidence as documented on their driver’s license, passport or birth certificate before any prize is awarded.

The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Other Terms & Conditions:

1. Gong cha New Zealand, (the “Promoter”), is the Promoter of this competition.
2. Warner Brothers NZ (the “Prize Provider”), is the Prize Provider of the Major and Minor Movie Prizes.
3. Gong cha New Zealand reserves all rights in making the final decision.
4. These Terms and Conditions (including the Promotion Period) may be amended and the Promotion terminated at any time by the Promoter.
5. The Promoter’s decisions on all entry and promotion matters are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
